Chief People Officer , Allied PinnacleDr. Mofoluwaso Ilevbare, fondly known as Dr. Fofo is the Chief People Officer at Allied Pinnacle and Champion Flour Mills, a globally recognised HR thought leader, ICF Certified Executive Coach, international keynote speaker, and award-winning author with almost three decades of experience across Africa, the Middle East, India, Europe, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
She holds a B.Pharm, MBA, and DBA in HR Management & Leadership. Fofo is also a passionate advocate for women in leadership and gender equity leading several initiatives including co-founding Smart Career Woman Network.
She has a healthy appetite for chocolate cake and her favourite mantra is “Be Unstoppable!”
