She has held HR roles with organisations including PepsiCo, Lion, KFC, Allied Pinnacle, and Pime Media. With a Master of Business Administration and postgraduate qualifications in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Pearleen specialises in talent and capability building within fast-paced, customer-centric environments. She has led large-scale transformation initiatives including workforce design, mergers and acquisitions, HRIS implementations, and leadership development programs, with a strong focus on enabling high-performing frontline teams.
