Currently the Human Resources Manager at Carolina Lifestyle, Vera leads the HR function across a national retail network, supporting store teams, operations, and leadership. She is known for building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with commercial outcomes in fast-paced environments.
Her international experience includes collaborating with HR leaders across Australia, Japan, Singapore and UK, providing a strong global perspective on workforce management and cultural alignment.
